Cecilia Kilgour & Thomas Gow
Cecilia Kilgour was born in Forteviot, Perthshire, Scotland and christened at Forteviot on 6 May 1804, the fourth child of Alexander Kilgour and Catherine Stewart.
Cecilia married Thomas Gow of Scone, Perthshire on 22 January 1828 in Scone Parish Church, Perthshire.
Cecilia and
Thomas, a mason, were the parents of:

Lillias Gow (also known as Lily) born 16
August 1828 in Scone, Perthshire;

Jacob Gow born 16 April 1832 in Scone and
christened 1 December 1834 in Scone Church;
·
Nancy Gow born 23 November 1834 in Scone
and christened 1 December 1834 in Scone Church;
·
George Gow born 22 February 1839 in Scone
and christened 17 March 1839 in Scone Church; and
·
Margaret Gow born 20 October 1841 in
Scone and christened 25 November 1841 in Scone Church.
Cecilia and Thomas were living in Scone at the time of the 1881 Census but nothing more is known about them at this time.
