St Nicholas, Gosforth

[NOTE: The parish register for St Nicholas, Gosforth recorded Elizabeth’s twin brother as William. However, older brother William was still alive and well! On the 1861 Census for Longbenton Ann Spoor nee Mould (born c1776 in Horsley, Northumberland) was living with Grandson Richard Spoor (born c1835 in Gosforth Row, Longbenton), son of William (born 1804 in Usworth, Co. Durham) and Isabella nee Fenwick. The identity of Elizabeth’s male twin has still to be confirmed. Suggestions/help welcome, thank you! Back.]
