John Mould was born 6 November 1809 in Washington, Co. Durham, England and christened
at Washington Holy Trinity on 26 November 1809, the
first son of William Mould, native of Lamesley, by his wife Anne Porter, native
of Gateshead (from the
Bishop’s Transcripts of Holy Trinity, Washington). Updated!
John married Mary Corbett of Simonburn, Northumberland on 23 July 1833 in
Sunderland.
John, a coal miner, and Mary were the parents of:

and christened on 6 May 1846 at St Mary’s, Gateshead.
John died Jan-Mar 1883 in Broom, Co. Durham aged 73 years.
